This policy explains how photography sessions will be managed and how images and video content may be used.

2. Parent or Guardian Consent

All children participating in a Raddie and Rue photoshoot must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Written consent will be obtained from the parent or guardian before any photography or video content is created.

Parents or guardians remain fully responsible for supervising their child throughout the photoshoot.

Children will never be left unattended during any Raddie and Rue photography session.

4. Photography Locations

Photoshoots will take place in public or approved locations considered suitable for family content and children’s photography.

5. Use of Images & Video

By providing consent, parents or guardians agree that photographs and video content may be used by Raddie and Rue for:
• social media content
• website imagery
• marketing materials
• promotional campaigns
• printed or digital advertising

6. Storage & Protection of Images

Raddie and Rue will take reasonable steps to store photographs and video content securely and handle all content responsibly.

Photographs and video content may be securely retained by Raddie and Rue for up to 5 years for marketing, website, social media, archival and business record purposes unless a removal request is received and reasonably able to be actioned.

Raddie and Rue will take reasonable care to ensure content is used appropriately and respectfully.

We will not publicly share personal information relating to participating children or families without consent.
